A website that works for any business needs to meet the three A’s. They are:
Accessible websites
If a site takes too long to load, has a confusing structure or navigation system, or contains reams of text, it is not accessible. Visitors will simply go somewhere else. As they do so, they take their business to a competitor instead of you. Legislation says that websites should be accessible to all, and so does common sense.
Accurate websites
People hate out of date, inaccurate websites, so make sure you think about how your website will be updated, and checked, right from the start.
Attuned websites
Don’t be a web bore, focus people on the message you want to give them, not on unnecessary information. Think about what your potential customer wants to know, and how best to present it.
